Pros

- all of my coworkers have been really friendly and nice - most clients are really nice and don’t get mad.

Cons

- management hold you to 15 minute haircuts after 180 days of working with the company. They can fire you or demote you to a receptionist if you do not reach there time limit. - some managers have a ‘high ego’ after becoming manager. Some of them hold anything you do or any mistake over your head and get you in trouble.

Pros

Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

Cons

Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.

Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

Cons

Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
