Low tips, Management fraternizes with favorite employees outside work. Clickish behavior amongst many stylists. Most smoke and get paid to do it leaving only one stylist on the floor to do everything. Miscommunication on pay from management regarding full time status vs restricted. Longggg hours. Many customers tip under 5$ , lots of skin fades and beard trims. Too many discounts. Lots of unnecessary mandatory “training” classes
This location is 8-8, no work life balance time requests off are forgotten leaving the stylist to feel responsible, need to cover shift if you get sick
