As a manger for 13 yers it has been wonderful training and watching the stylists grow. It is challenging at times but quite rewarding. It has been a daily learning experience. It teaches you to think and take each person as your team member and challenge them to grow.
Cons
Sometimes it’s challenging to schedule effectively when you need additional staffing. But, I’ve learned to just cut the hair and stay positive and focused. In the end it seems to always work out.

Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.
Cons
Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
