      If you're just starting out, you don't need a clientele. Tips are great. Busy and hardly ever slow.

      Cons

      Sometimes you don't get a break. During sales you can expect to stand for many hours with out a break.

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
