      You will learn to cut fast and well. its a numbers game and that is what matters. Things are run by the book but followed through on some people but not others.

      Cons

      No regular schedule, You are just your numbers, Pay is low and bonuses are set up so that you cant reach the goal,

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
