Pros
They have good training for customer service that you read on your own. Good interactive cds and info. I like the videos of situations that you might come across, they were professional and I even chuckled at some.
Cons
15 Mins is not really SAFE or enough time to even start a good cut. I don't believe sectioning a dirty head like a watermelon in 4 monster sections... clip clip clip and you are out... before I can even say, how was your day? If you are not within the time allotted it is noted and noted until you are OUT the door. You can not TALK about them on your PERSONAL Social Media Pages, first company that ever had me sign my rights of free speech away with a contract... NO Bad talking our biz! Even on your personal pages... eiiish! Learning their POS system on the fly when another stylist is trying to cut someone's hair... STINKS! Oh, you just hit this and that and there ya go, now I need to get back to my customer! Ugh. I quit right away.
