      Pros

      They offer decent pay in a nice environment for a minimal amount of work. Not excited to go to work, but not dreading it either.

      Cons

      When business is slow it can be extremely boring. Especially if you're not really close to any of the stylists.

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
