Pros

Overall, I liked being able to make customers feel great about themselves. I developed great relationships with the customers, which was nice. The training that was offered was nice, when it was offered.

Cons

Each is franchised owned, but must live up to corporate standards. Living in a smaller community created unique dynamics that often weren't up to corporate standards. Pay was low. No benefits. Expectations for haircuts times were hard to meet and didn't always take into consideration differences in hair types. Owners micro-managed managers from a different state. Turnover seemed high because of low wages.
