Pros
Great company, great people! Constant customer flow, competitive wages, opportunity for advancement, continuing education...need I say more?! Along with hourly pay they offer bonuses and commissions but they're not all tied together so you earn in each category independently. Paid time off and some benefits. Flexible hours and some paid holidays. Family friendly atmosphere and positive team workplace!
Cons
No health insurance yet but they are working on it. We struggle a tiny bit to keep staff that are willing to work as hard as required but that just means we have plenty of clients and our staff makes good money
