      Pros

      They treat u fair and are flexible with your schedule. When u work in a busy salon u can make really good money. My organization has amazing incentives such as quarterly team bonuses, and a great product sales bonus.

      Cons

      Dealing with numerous personalities in the salon can sometimes be overbearing.

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
