      Pros

      No clientele needed, great pay, flexible hours, paid advanced training, lots of career opportunities. I started with Great Clips as a stylist and was able to move up within the franchise to a manager, then senior manager and on to a corporate position. Great Clips really does encourage career advancement for their employees and supports them in the process.

      Cons

      For stylists looking for a 'full-service' salon, this isn't your home. We do not offer color, extensions, relaxing, etc.

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
