Environment, colleagues , clean, organized and built on excellent customer service. Nice to see so many different and mostly kind people while at work.
Cons
Records, video tapes of every step you make. Great Clips in general wants you to average 15 minute haircut time at end of day. Although, we do men , women and small children. I, personally like to give everyone my best. I can't always do this in 15 minutes. Actually, that is an in and out haircut. I personally wouldn't want that and don't like to treat people like part of an assembly line. This therefore, makes stylist work like they are on assembly line to meet high expectations with haircut time. At end of day it feels as if you work in a sweat shop instead of have a profession. At times go without any breaks and usually no lunch break. We are supposed to have these but not expected to take all day if busy.
