      Pros

      The only pro I can give is that you get a employee discount on products.

      Cons

      It’s a chop shop don’t do it! Great Clips as a whole is a horrible corporation. They only care about one thing and one thing only-how many haircuts you can do in an hour. It doesn’t matter if you have hair down to your a#$ that hasn’t been combed or washed in a year I have to cut your hair in 15 mins or I’m docked.

      Since each salon is independently owned and operated, your franchisee would be the best person to address your concerns. Please contact them directly regarding any issues with employment.

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
