Pros
Fast pace environment, lots of opportunity to control your daily income, room for advancement, flexible schedules, built in clientele
Cons
No set schedule. However once you get used to the concept of a schedule that changes every week it really is not that bad. The good thing is they schedule for the costumer so you get to work the most hours when it is the busiest and less hours when it is slower.
