      Pros

      Fast paced, constant clientele, base pay plus bonuses, and tips. Extensive training and ongoing educational opportunities. Great place to work and build haircutting skills.

      Cons

      If you like color, or creative styling this is not the place for you. If you dont like cutting hair, not the place for you, if your schedule is not flexible and you have trouble committing to schedules, not the place for you.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.

      Pros

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
