- They throw good parties occasionally - 70% off of boxes
Cons
- They do not care at all about anyone in a customer care related job, even at a management level. So many people leave before a year as a result. - Gradually taking away the perks of the job. In the last year we have had a pay cut and no longer get any paid lunch/ cigarette breaks. - Management have lost focus and they keep trying stupid strategies which make things worse in the long run. Motivation, KPIs and SLAs are suffering as a result. -Very minimal and unprofessionally chosen career advancement opportunities
