Pros
- you will find a lot of smart, highly-motivated and engaged colleagues here that support each other every day - great working atmosphere and a great place to learn from the best (never had such a steep 6 months learning curve) - Strong C-Level support to push own initiatives in most areas with a very output driven approach - leaving ample room of freedom to define the best path to get there and strong encouragement and support in taking ownership - A great perspective to grow (also internationally) with a lot of fast-track opportunties - very interesting time to join with a lot of great initiatives going on with regards to improving organizational structure, better information flows, more professional support functions and better employee offerings - greatly improved stock-options program
Cons
- if you cannot deal with a fast-paced environment that strives through pragmatic solutions you will have difficulties to adapt - Training and development offerings for managers could be improved (I heard this is planned though) - The significant growth over the past years has taken its toll on the culture and efficiency - but a number of good initiatives are in the pipeline to address this
