No identity. Lots of Amazon transplants who think they have all the solutions. Lots of young managers who think they should be advancing faster than they are. Employees and managers who are not used to work and accountability. Trust in other managers is hard as they may be looking for a way to get you fired. Lack of maturity in managers lead them to believe there is favoritism, racism, or any other reason for why they have not been promoted. Hourly employees are a mixed bag. Many come to work, every day, others are slouches who dissapear into the restrooms. There are no permanent assignments for employees, so if one disappears, they are just replaced with little retribution. It takes too much effort to chase down employees who hide and make a day out of avoiding work.
