HelloFresh BNL is without doubt the most enjoyable and welcoming workplace I have worked in. It is exceptionally friendly with much importance placed on the social aspect of work. Colleagues become friends. As an expat moving to the Netherlands for the first time it has been a fantastic experience. From a work perspective there is plenty of support from management, with extra responsibility given to those who seek it, but unnecessary pressure not place on those who do not. It is a great place to grow both personally and professionally, with autonomy of employees a priority alongside day to day work, giving people the space to identify where they can add value to the company. If you are content with the remuneration package you are offered there really is no other reason not to join the company. As is the nature of the working world, many people have left searching for more money elsewhere, and with any job move you can usually find it, but I am yet to speak to any ex-employees who enjoy there working environment as much as here.
