Pros

They pay really good and the work is easy.

Cons

HR doesn't really care about your wellbeing. For example, an associate wasn't feeling well while working for 2 days straight (they ended up vomiting both days). They got sent home the first night with Voluntary Early Release but the second night, they came in, walked straight to HR and asked if they were supposed to work while feeling sick. HR told them that if they were feeling better, they can work. HOWEVER, if they were still feeling sick, they can go home and get reprimanded for missing work (They work on a point system). That associate vomited 30 minutes into that shift and was forcibly sent home, while getting reprimanded for it. The next day, that associate got fired because of points. HR likes to pick and choose what policies they enforce, making working there difficult. The management (majority of them) are lazy, the leads act like they're in charge of everything, and managers are always sitting in the office. There's lot of favoritism going on. There's a lot of associates (leads included) that commit time theft and management turns a blind eye. There is violence that goes on once in a while, while the simple word NO could create a hostile environment (according to the managers). Before walking onto the floor, you're supposed to wash your hands in the dedicated handwashing stations. Do you think that's enforced? NO. I've personally witnessed a lot of people bypass the handwashing station. I've even seen a lady pick her nose and walked past the handwashing station. And don't let me get started on people's hygiene. Since they work around food, it's important to keep up with your hygiene. You have people smelling like mildew, armpits, sour onions, and their nether regions. Hygiene is a part of GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) policy. There's so much GMP Violations happening everyday (piercings, makeup, nail polish, hair poking out of hairnets, eating candy on the floor, fake nails, AirPods, jewelry, phone usage on the floor). Quality has given up enforcing that since they never listen and managers don't do anything to remedy that. Production associates are supposed to cover their mouths (nose optional) with their hairnets but as soon as quality tries to correct that, they never listen. Quality tries to tell the managers but they don't do anything about it and let it go. There's so much more issues going on that this would become a book.

Pros

Flexible hybrid environment. In-office requirement is 50% of the month, but there is significant autonomy in how those days are scheduled (eg. you can decide to condense your in-office days the first 2 weeks of the month, and work remotely for the next 2 weeks).

Cons

1- Compensation (particularly base salary) is significantly below market. Reliance on RSU as a major component of the compensation package is problematic, given the company’s stock has severely plummeted over the last 5 years (and continues to do so). 2- Professional development is virtually non-existent. Internal promotions are rare (even for top performers) and highly political. 3- Constant reorganizations and frequent layoffs. It is difficult to feel secure in your position when entire teams are being phased out every few months. 4- Toxic and fear-driven culture. There is a prevalent culture of backchannel feedback and a palpable, constant sense of fear regarding job security and retaliation. 5- Unsustainable business model, still. Service is overly reliant on discounting and promotions, which has negatively impacted brand perception and long-term customer value. Path to sustainable growth is unclear. Leadership also doesn't seem to know what to do, as they frequently pivot strategy, with new directions introduced every few months (if not every few weeks). This lack of consistency creates a sense of instability and leaves teams feeling as though the company lacks a cohesive, long-term vision. 6- Leadership tone. Leaders often lack respect for both employees and the customer base (it is common for them to make derogatory and insulting comments in business meetings about customers who cancel their service).
