Not very good place to work - Administrative Assistant Henry Schein Employee Review

Most people aren't very nice, no team atmosphere, feels like everyone is out for themselves, backstabbing among "team members", upper management has an "us vs. them" attitude, no training, you're supposed to learn everything on your own, HR has ZERO contact with employees after a very weak onboarding the first day, and cannot answer the simplest questions (such as "when do I get paid?"). No sense of camaraderie. If it wasn't for about four, very sincere, truly nice people here I would never have stayed.
