Pros

I accepted this position and it came with a 25k pay-cut, however, I feel that the long term benefits are well worth it. As a MT you learn from the ground up, first dealing with CSR issues and then slowly transitioning to back office work as well. After 4 months of consecutive good sales, you can qualify for the written test for initial advancement. Once you have passed that, 30 days later you are eligible to take the HMI test (oral board) with your regional manager and another area manage. Completion of this takes you to M1 status and if your BM approves it with the area manager you can make ABM and then you wait for a vacancy so you can get your own branch if the area manager signs off on it.

Cons

Cleaning cars in a shirt and tie is a bit much but it is what it is...everyone starts here at that level.

Pros

Great place to work in tandem with other professionals in your trade, always had a feeling of "family" working alongside my peers. We come together when times are tough, this is very rewarding,

Cons

The current economic and geopolitical spectrum have been proving a challenge to this industry as a whole, thankfully we are a resilient outfit with the best people at the helm.

Pros

It is a decent place to work with a steady environment and meaningful day-to-day responsibilities. Overall, it's not a bad company to be a part of if you are looking for stability and purpose in your tasks.

Cons

The internal culture is highly political, and professional advancement often depends more on favoritism than merit. You frequently have to play corporate games and kiss up to management just to get ahead or be noticed.
