Pros

Working from home. Fair wages. Period.

Cons

You are micro managed to the 'nth' degree. Every single call is monitored. If you sneeze, they know about it. No matter how long you are there, the monitoring never ceases. Lack of trust from the company gets very old. Not much room for advancement. System issues would be fixed, only to have the same issues come up again and again. Wasn't happy with some of it's business practices. Lastly, tons of misdirected calls that affected your stats, and therefore your wages.
