      Pros

      Good job if you take advantage of the travel benefits. Hospitality is long hours, staff turnover and putting out a lot of fires. Know that going in.

      Cons

      According to Hilton the guest is always right and they will lie and take advantage to get discounts on their stay.

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
