Typical management issues including some department issues. Oftentimes its issues about communicating deadlines or concerns or processes. No one seems to have a coherent idea of whats going on because everyone has their own idea of how to approach it. As a result, Im always locked into a position where I get called out for stuff that isn't my fault because other departments aren't aligned with my supervisor's vision.
