      Pros

      Honestly, this is a great first job. I started as associate and worked my way up to ASM (I only left because the pay was abysmal). Great people! Loved my coworkers and customers- 0 complaints there. It's a fairly simple job with simple tasks- lots of monotonous busywork, but that's how any retail job is in my experience.

      Cons

      THE PAY!!! Sales associates made minimum wage, and management made just a bit more in my experience. Not liveable at all unfortunately.

      Pros

      Coworkers and culture were definitely the pros of the job.

      Cons

      Mall setting and corporate policies made things unenjoyable. If this place could be franchised and not in a mall with so many other types of people would be much more ideal.
