      Pros

      I was able to really connect with my coworkers. Because the teams tend to be smaller, there’s more opportunities to become a close-knit unit. The clientele is so much fun! It’s nice to connect with customers over mutual interests that excite them so much.

      Cons

      My only complaint was the pay. I had to fight for $10 an hour, and if the pay was better I would have transferred after my store closed.

      I loved my co workers, my GM was such an incredible girl for fixing everything wrong with the place before she started. She always keeps in contact and always makes the effort to lead and help us when needed

      Unstressful by retail standards, with mostly flexible and understanding managers.

      Cons

      District manager quality was poor. Poor hours. Opportunities for growth are not based on existing experience.
