      Pros

      Wonderful compensation and benefits. Good leadership who understands metrics can’t always be first when delivering the perfect customer experience.

      Cons

      Training was certainly lacking. Leadership does their best to fill in the gaps once on the job. But transitioning from training to working is certainly a hurdle.
