Pros
Again, the work life balance is good. The benefits are good. There is opportunity to learn a lot, but after that you have to move on if you want to make any money. Great cu.lture, although it is changing.
Cons
A ton of people who get paid to do nothing. There are absolutely no ramifications for doing a poor job unless (so I hear) you work in mortgage or sales. Very much an old boys club. Very middle management heavy.
