Established, reputable, global company with a strong long-term view. Very structured and forward-thinking. A good overall package and good prospects ongoing.
Cons
As with any corporate entity there can be internal politics and hurdles to overcome. Some processes can take longer than necessary, particular at the customer-facing end of business (albeit with valid contemporary reasons).
