      Pay was in line w industry standards

      Cons

      40 years w the company only to be terminated w zero severance. The goals were impossible to meet and I believe they moved it this way to terminate long term employees

      Pros

      Great co-workers; smart people who are dedicated to doing good work. There is a general kindness and everyone seems willing to help each other.

      Cons

      The pay is low, and everyone seems stretched thin. There is little structure to ensure local leaders follow good practices. Evaluation of performance tends to be highly subjective. There seems to be very little management of the management.
