      Pros

      Great pay - making over 170k at three years here. Unlimited PTO, breakfest, catered snack all the typical top tech company benefits. Company growth past 4 years sells it self.

      Cons

      Bonus structure . + quota has no consistency. The market is becoming saturated, and wish Indeed would adjust rev goals as the market is different now vs 4 years ago.

      Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

      Constant reorgs and layoffs. Tight budget for promotions.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
