Pros

If you have zero knowledge about IT, then also you are hired.

Cons

Infy has endless Cons. I have tried to list down some of them: 1) When Infy came for campus placements, the package they told we would be getting was way more than what I actually got once I joined. Greatest frauds siting out there at Infy! 2) Infy changes policies internally without any notice to employees because of which our salary gets effected directly. 3) HR here are rude and don't help people at all. They are just there for the name sake. They provide false information about the policies and projects at Infy and they even support corporate abuse. 4) Managers lie to employees while mapping them to a project. They will say it is development project, but it will be pure support project. Here they have some people called as TPD(Talent Planning Department) whose original work is to help people get mapped to projects of their own choice. But, instead these TPDs are nothing but partner in crime for the managers at Infy and they forcefully map people to support projects. 5) Infosys have only support projects. They pick up people, then they train them in any technology and then they forcefully map them to support projects where people are assigned to call center type jobs. That is ridiculous. 6) Salary they provide is even less than a floor sweeper. No increments. They know that people who started their career with Infosys does not have any good knowledge(as they are trained to do support work) so they don’t give them proper hikes. But if you are an outsider and come to Infy with some experience, you are treated as God here. 7) Zero mental peace and no work life balance. Infy forces employees to work in shifts which destroys mental peace and people don't get time for themselves. 8) Infosys is all about client satisfaction. They will force there employees to do whatever the client wants irrespective of whether the employee wants to do that or not. Infosys have built this massive infrastructure just to showcase themselves as a great organization to clients and to hide the darkness they fill up in the lives of people working there. 9) If you are a fresher, please don’t join Infy unless you have any major financial issues. They have the most toxic environment to work in.
