Pros
I interned at the corporate office in Memphis, TN in 2024 so this may differ if you take an offer that is not in corporate. Also, Andy Silvernail was new during my internship so I am not completely sure how this has affected their internship process. They did a great job of communication and onboarding. I was nervous going into it, but those nerves were quickly calmed. Everyone is very nice and wants you to get the most out of your internship. Ask as many questions as you can! There are people to help you, and you are there to learn and gain experience as an intern. Everything is safety oriented and done with and ethical mindset. They start al log the interns (finance, supply chain, IT) on the same day and have simple, straightforward, but thorough onboarding process. They also had a company to help you find a place to live for the summer. 10/10 experience
