Pros

Great benefits, people, flight benefits and hours.

Cons

I worked for JetBlue 20 years ago. Even if you have a felony after ten years the airport will allow you to work but surprisingly even after twenty years JetBlue will not revise my ineligible for rehire status. The position was significantly more physically demanding than I was able to sustain. At the time, I requested the possibility of transferring to a less physically strenuous role but was informed that I was not eligible due to my length of employment. Because of the physical strain, I had to resign sooner than expected and was unable to complete a full two-week notice. As a result, I was later informed that I am considered ineligible for rehire, despite the circumstances being health-related. While coworkers and day-to-day operations were professional, greater flexibility for internal transfers and more consideration for employees facing physical limitations could help prevent similar outcomes and improve long-term retention.

Pros

Only the flight benefits are worth it, and that even barely with the amount of crap that goes on within this company

Cons

Severely underpaid, toxic senior managers, leadership rewards incompetence and laziness and ostracizes good employees, severe amount of pure stupidity and backstabbers/two-facers. Workload constantly increases with raises outpaced by inflation
