      Pros

      Slightly better than industry average beginning salary. Matching 401K with short vesting period. Some friendly and hard working co-workers, team members and management.

      Cons

      Too much work with unrealistic time given to get it accomplished. Work flow is unequally distributed with some persons getting half or less the work of others. No real opportunity for advancement due to favoritism and excessive politics. Low company morale. It seems that management exists to add new work flow processes and procedures and then micromanage every aspect of the day.
