      Job security is pretty high, if you like doing the same thing for 8-10 years

      Cons

      So budget focused that employee morale and training are afterthoughts. Communication from Sr mgmt is getting better, but still lacking. No mentoring and reviews are worthless in terms of practical feedback from your manager.
