How much time do you have? Some managers micromanage and are on a power trip. The workload is insane and some managers try to gaslight you by telling you your co-workers are able to keep up not realizing we talk to each other. Layoffs without warning in late October and again today 4/12/23. Which means more work because who is going to be able to work those claims? Managers are already being asked to handle a total loss pending on top of their regular manager duties. This place is hemorrhaging and everyone I know is looking for another job. It is borderline toxic.
