I enjoy working at Kemper because the people who work here make the work, we do feel impactful, meaningful and enjoyable! My leadership and management team are amazing. I can tell the leadership cares about all employees and the success of individuals. The offices are modern and conveniently located. I am also pleased with the way the interviewing and onboarding went. It was very transparent, and smooth process. My recruiter kept me informed every step of the way and she was also very helpful if I ever had any questions. When I first started, I felt very welcomed by my team and valued by my manager and all levels of leadership! Overall, this is a great environment and a values driven company.

Although we do have a hybrid schedule, we are also back in the office majority of the week.
