Cons
Sit in a cubical most of the day on the phone. Heavy outbound call volume. Even for veteran, top sales representatives in the country, it is mandatory to be in the office 1-2 evenings per week until 8-9PM or later with phone calls being tracked. Average earnings of sales representatives dropped significantly when the company began over-staffing the sales force which also resulted in a higher turnover percentage. Top-down management structure created high levels of micro-management. If you take all 15 vacation days you will likely miss your quota.
