      Pros

      We really do work hard and play hard. Great exec leadership team. Ridiculous amounts of free food/snacks/drinks. Lots of room to grow/develop position.

      Cons

      As with any growing company there's more work than time in the day. Not great work/life balance, but they try to make it as painless as possible.

      Pros

      Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

      Cons

      Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
