      Diverse recruiting and equal opportunity employment

      Cons

      They hired me, and hundreds of other employees in the summer and then let us all go with a 45 day notice. I left a full-time position to work for them and they were confident in a conversion plan when I joined. Their economist are either terrible at what they do or they hired irresponsibly.

      Pros

      Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

      Cons

      Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
