I have been working at LinkedIn full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They truly invest in the professional development of employees. Very proactive at making sure that you're in a role you want to be in. Their benefits are fantastic: healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner options; gym / massage reimbursements; on-site gyms; snacks everywhere.

    Cons

Not very gender diverse in some of the key departments of the company (product, engineering). Skews heavily male.
