WLB is great. Tenure is appreciated throughout the company.
Cons
Downscaling and cost-cutting making working in their facility feel terrible to work in. Demoralizing environment when they are cutting every corner and bumping executive salaries. Terrible software stack that cannot get much done. Want someone new? Going through IT will take 6-12 months to get approved and possibly block down the line and throw your work out of the window.
