Pros
Insurance was OK and the staff onsite was great!! Holidays and PTO time was good. Property was well taken care of.
Cons
They micro manage like crazy. They tape all inbound calls. They have the leasing staff shopped monthly and video shopped. You are knocked if you don't say exactly what they want you to say. They don't have any faith in their staff.
