Business Outlook
Pros
The company has a good structure, all the managers from other properties seem very down to earth and not snobby. Company promotes within more than hiring from outside which is great.
Cons
The pay is the worst thing. Definitely do not offer pay that is worth the title, at least for management positions that is. Company also discriminates against employees with tattoos which i don't agree with. Judge employees by their still level and experience and not by what's on there skin.
