      Pros

      One of the best work from home positions I have held in a few years. Hours are long but only if you choose 10 hour shifts instead of 8. You do have a choice on 8 or 10.

      Cons

      I don’t like medical insurance. That was the only thing I disliked.

      Work- life balance Great management / supervisors Good PTO

      Cons

      Horrible Wages No Insurance Options - one insurance option w/ very deductible Job security - contracts get renewed yearly - if they on't have another postition, you don't have a job
