Pros

You'll have good people around you. A lot of good folks on the client programs.

Cons

They go through the motions of what they think innovative companies are supposed to do without a real plan for how those innovations will positively impact their business. They love to talk about core values but don't do much to back them up.

There is no chance for being looked at for advancing and the job changes every quarter.
