      Pros

      Flexible hours, work few days a week. Management isn't around all the time (unless you're not selling well).

      Cons

      No way to move up. No benefits. Can't pick which walmart's to work inside. Dealing with WM management (there is always a "crazy"). No gas mileage for far stores. Commission has been cut numerous times.

      - Lots of downtime - Not strict about what you do/wear - The work is simple most of the time - Managers and HR are great

      -Not really any cons its a great job

      Pros

      Flexible work environment with remote or hybrid.

      Cons

      Company executives took a trip to Cancun and announced mass layoffs across the entire company the day they returned. Company is poorly managed, leadership does not keep up with shifts in the economic landscape.
