Pros

It was a fun, energetic work environment. The people that I worked with every made it a lot easier to tolerate the demands.

Cons

The biggest con was begging candidates to complete onboarding tasks so that they could start work. Managers didn't seem to understand that if a candidate is not doing what he/she needs to do in order to complete onboarding, he/she is probable going to a bad employee.

- Lots of downtime - Not strict about what you do/wear - The work is simple most of the time - Managers and HR are great

-Not really any cons its a great job

Pros

Flexible work environment with remote or hybrid.

Cons

Company executives took a trip to Cancun and announced mass layoffs across the entire company the day they returned. Company is poorly managed, leadership does not keep up with shifts in the economic landscape.
